I have yet to see the movie, but based on your review, it seems like investing the time it would take to see it would be worth it, despite as you mentioned, some of the dialogue, and at times, over abundance of adoration. The film seems worth the watch, if for no other reason, than the performances given by Jones and Redmayne.
Thank you for mentioning the other film about Hawking with Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role. I am definitely going to check that television film out.
