I’ve read a little bit about the actually murders. What is really unnerving is that what actually took place in real life was substantially disturbing and even though in the film they don’t really show anything, you still get the general feeling of disgust and violence.

The Aussies have been smashing it recently and this is no exception. The ending was very, very troubling, and it’s all the more shocking that it’s grounded in reality. Have you read up the Wiki about the guy?

That’s the whole point, it’s supposed to feel real, that’s what makes it awesome haha. Nonetheless, totally agree, this film is one of the best thrillers in recent memory.

Thank you! If you can take this type of film, I suggest watching it. It is acted and written really well. A rarity for this sort of film.
