I watched this yesterday and throughout the entire movie I was thinking – why is everyone dogging this so bad? Then they showed Mama and it all fell apart….

I wasn’t surprised at the terrible ending either, but I rather enjoyed the film up until the ending. Had some good scares and emotion to the story, a lot better than most crap these days.

Mama started off decent and went downhill. Right up to a unwatchable ending that ultimately left me very disappointed, but not the slightest bit surprised.

Thanks! I don’t categorize Mama with the other crappy horror releases recently. It was very well done until the ending. Other than that, it was a great scare.

Great review man. I’m hoping to catch up with this soon. I’m normally disappointed with recent horrors but this sounds very good indeed.
